I am writing this letter regarding Minnie Stevenson. I have known her for over 10 years and consider her to be an angel in disguise. She has been such an inspiration and positive influence in my life. In December 2012, I met up with Minnie and asked her about possible job opportunities, since she was a recruiter. I already had a full-time job, but was looking to make some additional income. She told me about a part-time position at a call center. Minnie felt I would be a great asset to the team with my many years of customer service experience. I interviewed with them and started working at the call center in February 2013.
From the beginning, Minnie and different supervisors were impressed with my job performance and professionalism. Two months after being in the interviewer position, I was approached about becoming a coach at the call center, which is a supervisor position. Minnie, of course provided her opinion and recommended me for the position. I did accept and started working as a coach in April 2012. The transition from interviewer to coach went very smoothly and I was very successful in my supervisor position.
Due to a open position for an assistant . Once again, Minnie provided her opinion and recommended me. She new I had a management background and felt I would be capable of doing very well. After one interview and being a coach for seven months, I was offered the assistant site manager position. I did accept and started in November 2014. The partnership and work relationship between Minnie and I was so effective and positive, which was a reflection of the success of the call center, interviewers, and supervisors. Minnie is a wonderful motivator and trainer. She provided all the tools and encouragement to help me be successful manager.
After meeting with my boss, I was offered the site manager position, which I did accept. I am so grateful and appreciative of Minnie and her support. She believed in me from day one and always encouraged me to strive for the best. In August 2014, I accepted a full-time position with this company and left a company I had worked with for thirteen years. I am now helping people with employment opportunities, which is the same thing Minnie did for me. I have also taken on the role as the account manager. What a blessing it is to be in a position to where I can make a difference just like Minnie did. Anyone that has the opportunity to work with Minnie will value the experience and appreciate her positive energy. She is definitely one in a million and a pure gem!
After having my first child I didn't return back to work to concentrate on being a new mom. I wanted to challenge my self so I took that in consideration when I decided to look into other employment opportunities. Minnie Stevenson seen my potential and encouraged me to apply for a position. Minnie Stevenson was instrumental in helping me get employed as a Business Assistant for Heartland Dental. I've been employed with the company for almost 12 years and was recently promoted as a Business Assistant Trainer. Minnie Stevenson seen me as a true leader and was able to bring out the Best in Me!
I have known Minnie Stevenson for many years. she is always looking for an opportunity to help someone, and has been very successful assisting individuals with their professional careers.
Not long ago, I was unexpectedly in the job market. I knew that Minnie was working in the recruiting industry. I also knew a few of the people she helped to place in positions. I contacted Minnie to let her know that I was in the market. She was already aware of my skills and experience in the human resources field, so I sent her my resume. Within 2-3 days, Minnie called me with a possible human resources opportunity! I interviewed and accepted an offer. I am now a part of a world class organization that has 70 facilities in 40 countries throughout the world!
