The company has an open - door policy and takes student concerns and problems seriously. The company values each student and strives to provide a positive learning experience. Every student is encouraged to ask for a one on one with his or her supervisor to go over any questions or problems relating to the class.



The first training class starts at 8:00AM to 12:00PM and the second training class starts at 1:00PM to 5:00PM, if you are 5 minutes late you will not be allowed in, because we cannot interrupt class. You will have to reschedule to make up the time lost with a one-on-one session at $65.00 per hour. If you are sick and cannot make it to your class it is your responsibility to let the manager know. If you are gone for 2 days, you must have a doctor’s note and must reschedule to make those days up with a one-on-one.

If any student requests a withdrawal from the Believers and Achievers Training Program after 3 business days following registration but before Orientation, you will be refunded ½ ($199.50) of your $399.00 within 30 business days.


Believers and Achievers front office training course consists of 192 classes a year. Students are required to attend all classes of their course session, and attendance is checked at the beginning of every class. Due to the concentrated instruction of Believers and Achievers front office training, it is strongly advised to be present for all classes.


A copy of students' attendance records, grades, and payment receipts will be kept on file for six months. HIPPA rules apply. If a student or employer/employment agency requests a copy of any or all records, written consent of the student is required before any records can be released.


Believers and Achievers Development students are expected to behave professionally and considerately while attending class. BAAD"s instructors and administrators have the right to suspend or dismiss any student who engages in dishonesty, destructive conduct, the consumption of alcohol before or during class, the use of illegal drugs, or any activity deemed to be unduly disruptive to others in class.


Believers and Achievers Development student complaints are dealt with immediately and in a private interview with the instructor, program director, and/or other involved party. Call Pat or Joyce at (217) 607-8191 for assistance with resolving a student complaint.



It is Believers and Achievers policy that any threats, threatening language or any other act of aggression or violence made toward or by any student WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Violations of this policy may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate dismissal.


Students have a duty to warn their Supervisors, or Human Resources representatives of any suspicious behavior, situations or incidents that they observe or that they are aware of that involve other students.


These situations include, for example:

•    threats or acts of violence

•    aggressive behavior

•    offensive acts

•    threatening or offensive comments or remarks or similar behavior

Student reports made pursuant to this policy will be held in confidence to the maximum possible extent. The company will not permit any form of retaliation against any student for filing a report under this policy.


Believers and Achievers will promptly and thoroughly investigate all reports of threats of violence or incidents of actual violence and of suspicious individuals or activities. The identity of the individual making the report will be protected as much as possible. In order to maintain classroom safety and the integrity of its investigation, the company may suspend students suspected of classroom violence or threats of violence, pending investigation. Students will be refunded for any monies or class time.


Anyone found to be responsible for threats of or actual violence or other conduct that is in violation of these guidelines will be subject to prompt disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

Believers and Achievers Development front office training course final grades are based on a mid-term exam, a final exam testing, and class participation throughout the course.
